The Body Shop
Welcome chums! Sorry I missed a week, I wasn't feeling very inspired to write.
Just before New Years I received a package from The Body Shop (I was expecting this order of course) and I was pleasantly surprised by their packaging!
Super cute right!?
I had ordered one of my favourites and two others I've been meaning to get my hands on. I'll start with my favourite, the Tea Tree BB Cream.
The Tea Tree BB Cream is brilliant! It's light weight, makes your skin look healthy, smooth and blemish free. I often use it for full coverage but sometimes just use it as a concealer. It also smells good and looks so natural on! Love it!
The second thing I got is the Ginger Shampoo. I've been trying to get my hands on this stuff for ages!! It's a very popular product and rightly so.
It does exactly what it says on the tin, well.. bottle. I had a dry and flaky scalp but no more thanks to this product and also, the smell is great and long lasting.
Lastly is the Fuji Green Tea Conditioner. Again, as like all Body Shop product it smells great!
This product isn't anything special for me sadly, it doesn't give me amazing shine or silkiness but please note I have curly hair (so I am prone to having dry frizzy hair). I think for anyone with normal hair (as it states on the bottle) it would be perfect.
So the whole reason I wanted to write this post is because I'm so impressed with the packaging. I wasn't expecting the products I ordered to be presented in a lovely box. It's so silly to think about now but it made me light up. I think all orders should make you feel this way, add the extra bit of special as it makes you feel like you're receiving something the company is proud of. Also, it makes you feel like the company values you as a customer, that you deserve to have their products in a beautiful box as if its a gift.
