January ChitChat Summary 2018 | & Favourites
I'm so happy January has gone, it's one of the most depressing and hard months for me. The weather is cold and wet, the Christmas lights and decorations get put away and it's back to reality.

Because of this I've been letting things sit on my back-burner, doctors appointments, blogging, social media posting, even simple things like tiding up after myself have been ignored and I really need to get out of this slump. So I've come to straighten out my mind and reflect on my month ready to start a fresh on this month.
Although two good things did happen this month, I made a new friend and I got back in contact with an old one who I haven't heard from in 15 years.

M&S Island Sunset - I adore this perfume! Firstly it is made in the UK and is cruelty free. It smells like the beach, more expensive then what it is and I've actually had a lot of compliments about how nice I smell.
It has notes of mandarin, jasmine, ginger. Vanilla and sea salt build the middle and the based notes are cashmere wood, amber and sandalwood.
The Body Shop Camomile butter that melts away make-up - I love using this, it melts away makeup (even stubborn mascara after smoothing it through lashes for a bit). It smells lovely and is very calming, very nice for when you're taking your makeup off for bed or a relaxing evening. It's also cruelty free and made in the UK.

At first I didn't enjoy this book or more so I didn't like the author and his story. Even though I felt this anger at the author I couldn't stop reading and I wanted to give him a chance to tell his story. It took me about 4 days to read this book, it sucks you in wanting to know more about what happened. Throughout reading it I kept thinking I need to know if he gets what he deserves. It worth a read and it's very interesting, it makes you think if the people who have came and gone in your life are the same as him.
