Someday Summary & Mini Review | Monday 5th March
Oh hia!
I know, it's not the 5th and I'm only just writing this today (9th March)..oops...I've been busy.
Monday wasn't much different from my every day to day life. I listened to George Ezra's new episode of his podcast, found a new Youtuber (The Pinup Companion) who I'm a little bit in love with and tried out a new face mask. This face mask was given to me free in a promotional deal at Superdrug, but it can be bought in store for £4.
Honestly I wasn't overly excited by this product when I received it and I thought it wouldn't be that great but it's a nice treat from time to time. It's defiantly a luxury product that you would use when you really want to pamper yourself, as it's on the pricey side for something that you only use once.
I'd recommend you follow the instructions as it tells you to rub the packet (to activate the bubbles/foam) before you open it. The longer you leave it on the more foam is produced which is actually very pleasant as the foam/bubbles popping gives a nice subtle tingle. I must admitted it did get a little messy as the mask is heavy and kept sliding down my face and had to be adjusted, but it wasn't enough for it to become frustrating.
After use my skin looked and felt clean, soft and smooth. Your skin does feel a little slimy when you take it off but a flannel and water can sort that right out.
Overall I enjoyed using this but I wouldn't pay £4 for it. I think it would be something I treated myself to or got if it was on offer.
