Someday Summary | 50th Post | 06/04/2020



Can you believe its my 50th post?! Considering how long I've had this blog I feel like I should have pasted 50 ages ago!
I've been feeling a little low these past couple of days, my mind has been playing tricks on me and keeping me up at night thinking about the past. I find it really hard to let go of the past and I'm not 100% sure why that is, probably because things start and end so quickly in my life that I never have enough time to process it, and then I'm left continuously overthinking unanswered questions. 
To keep myself from going completely mad I've been doing some lost loves of mine such as cake baking and yoga. I've always loved baking and making others happy with my bakes, its also very nice to feel like you've achieved something when people like what you've made. I made a lemon cake and despite it not being lemony enough it is lovely and moist. As you can see I've took a few photos to create a little storyboard. 
Last night I got particularity itchy and restless and really wanted to do something outside, obviously we can't at the moment so I wrote a list of all the places me and my boyfriend want to visit and took to the internet to look at air bnbs! If I can not travel by foot then I will travel by mind! I found this lovely place which is a pink tower in the countryside, it looks beautiful and light on the inside with stunning artwork on the walls. We have decided to go for a short trip later in the year and spend a day at Stonehenge, a place neither of us have explored before.

I think I'm done waffling for today. I have lots of ideas and things I want to change/ try so maybe I'll update you in a few days. Thanks for reading, stay safe and keep smiling!
